If you spot something that you’ll like to buy, this is what you’ll have to do:-

1. Take down the item code. For example, WT01 (if any)
   
2. Choose your desired color and size (if any). For example, WT01 Pink Size:S
3. Indicate your method of delivery (COD or by mail).  Check the info here
4. Email your order to us at: cattique.com[at]gmail[dot]com
5. Wait for our reply to check on the availability of your item.
6. Once the status of your item is confirmed, we will email you our account details for you to make payment.

For pre-orders:

• Buyer has to deposit at least 50% of the amount of the item
• Once item(s) arrived, buyer will be notified to clear the remaining amount
• Buyer who fail to clear the remaining amount within one week prior to notice will have their pre-order canceled and deposit forfeited

As a proof of purchase:

For bank transfer:

• Do not forget to request for transaction slip as proof of payment
• Use your camera/scanner/webcam/etc to take a picture of your transaction slip (make sure its viewable)
• Transfer it to your computer and email it to us

For e-banking transfer:

• Print screen your successful transactions
• Save it in jpeg format (You can use Paint)
• Attach it to the email and send it back to us

Once your payment is authorized, your item(s) will be process for delivery via COD or mail. For more information, click on the Delivery page.
