A) Overall

• Orders made by buyer will be hold for THREE (3) days before release to other potential buyers
• Items are BRAND NEW unless stated
• Items are not exchangeable nor refundable

• If you feel that items at cattique.com are overpriced, you can try getting it at other places. Prices may vary due to many reasons such as number of stocks taken, shipped from other locations, quality, etc.

B) For Pre-Orders

• Pre-ordered items may arrive later than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances (no stocks, late delivery by dealers/manufacturers, etc)
• When pre-ordered items are not available, a full refund will be made to buyer.

C) On Delivery of Items

• Once item(s) is delivered via postage and tracking number has been provided to customer, we will not take any responsibility for the loss of item(s) in the process of delivery.
